Back in Time

So lets just pretend it is summer and for my own sake, I'm going to talk about stuff as if it is current. Here goes....

This summer we vacationed like it was going out of style. We went for a whole week to St. George (which is unheard of with Joseph's busy schedule) and learned a lot of things about our little girl. One: She likes to wear hats. I think it is more the reaction she gets when she's wearing them but either way... She'll put them on herself.

Two: She LOVES LOVES LOVES water!!!! She could play in it/with it for hours if I let her.

She loves the hose and splash pads. It cracked me up when she tried to get a drink of water out of the hose and repeatedly sprayed herself in the face until she figured out that you drink out of it side ways instead of straight on.

We went to a sand dune where we had some pretty good times. Evie ate sand for the first time and Joey got it stuck to his face.

Overall it was a pretty fun week. Thanks to the Clyde's for organizing it and the Younkers for letting us stay at their place it made for a good vacation!
